Data Rights Notice

You retain ownership of manuscripts and original content you upload during private beta testing. CAINIX processes that content only to operate the workflow steps you request.

You grant CAINIX a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process uploaded content for the requested Studio workflow. This license is not a transfer of ownership.

Much private beta workflow progress is stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage may remove local drafts, acceptance records, and in-progress workflow state.

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Account Settings — this immediately and permanently deletes your account, every project you own, and every file you've uploaded or generated. You do not need to contact CAINIX first for this.

A project's source materials and generated assets are also deleted automatically 24 hours after you confirm that project as complete, and separately after 90 days with no activity on a project (you're warned at 14 and 3 days before that happens). Both are cancellable up until the deletion runs.

For anything the self-service options above don't cover — access, correction, or another data-rights action related to private beta testing — contact CAINIX through the contact page with the subject line “Data Rights Request.” Include the email used for beta access, the Studio route tested, and a clear description of the request.

CAINIX will review good-faith data-rights requests during private beta, but response timing and scope may depend on what data exists, where it is stored, and whether the request can be verified.
